Equinox, Solstice? Night attacks?

I just went and looked at the weather pic. I can see a little more how they are probably creating those clouds . . .

I just hope someone (Hamma, ahem) could post some in screen shots of red weather spots... it'd be nice to see how bad it can get.

I've yet to be in a red storm, ive been in some darker colors but not red.

It does seem like I haven't seen any screens/video of weather effects really yet. That would be sweet.. I am picturing standing on the wall of the base when lightning strikes and through the flash of light you can see 3 enemy Galaxy's flying straight to you.
