The difference between steeling/doing drugs and selling MMO accounts is that you are not steeling when you smoke some weed or speed but you are when you sell an MMO account. Yes, selling your an MMO game account is theft. Especially since Sony is not selling you a game but rendering you a service. The point isn't if people do it or not, it's if people can be royally screwed from doing it and if it's worth the risk, IMO it isn't.
