Well. If someone wants to have about 200.000 to 300.000 People lesser buy the Game if it comes really hard, then they sure should let the Game get released in not lesser than a Year and be as "generous" with new Information like they were the last Four Weeks after the E3.

Not even ' The old Republic ' as an MMO made superhuge Player-Counts - even tough Star Wars is so absurdly popular and favored,

Planetside 2 may has extremely nice Looks and impressed many People,
but it seems like it has w~ay some Time of Production after itself,

and with this Years of Time of Production, they better don't screw with the Feelings of the Community so much.

not that i could believe the Planetside 2-Developers would give a **** about the Community's Feelings.

'cause i saw some Interviews with Members of the Staff and they were all such incredible nice-appearing People,
so i guess we can count on them so that they don't let the 'hyped Feelings' of Million People die miserable.

Everyone is wetting there knickers for Beta but how many people will really get in .

Why would sony need more than 1 beta server to test the game , I Don't think they will and surely that means only aprox 3k players are gona see any beta action ? .

ur right. they want it to make this game work on the most machines so their concerning is really low/midrange computers.

but i trust them they can handle it.besides we not know what forgelight will be able to do....maybe u can get perfect ghrapics on midrange pc's with that engine without overheating the pc

more beta slots = more happy customers that will tell their friends about how awesome the game is = $$$$

I like PS1, but until i get to try PS2 i wont suggest it to friends

Has anyone noticed (could be a repost) that the download link on http://www.planetside2.com/download is no longer a 404? it was not like that 12 hours ago when I last checked.

i noticed it last night .normally u got a 404 and now u get this but when u press link u get a 404 after pressing the link.

i got redirected to log-in and then it told me i didnt have to sign up for beta as i were already signed..

I doubt (if you're sign up for beta using a PS1 account or beta key) that they wouldn't give all those people invites. That would be a dumb PR move on their part.

Has nothing to do with beta. You're under a NDA anyways... And, there's plenty of info online for your friends to look at right now.

We'll know when people are in beta because stuff will start to get leaked. Not only that but it isn't a crime to say you're in beta, you just cannot share information or media.
