they haven't yet. We have a tech test candidate build up on our servers and it has a few things that need fixing before we send the invites out. I'm hoping that occurs later today. I don't want to raise expectations. The first group is small (no I'm not saying how big). the purpose here is to literally make sure people outside our offices can get the game, get into the game and to see what happens with a larger group of people on machines different from the ones we've tested with. There will be bugs. There will be problems getting people in. All of this is expected and we'll get it sorted out very fast.

it will not be NA only, but we will start with NA. We have a European server ready to go for it but we're starting with NA.

They do have a server ready, so I don't think we need to wait much longer, I hope atleast...

He also responded to someone on Reddit who said that there are only 200 people getting invited, he then said it is going to be alot more.

A few EU players did get a hold of US PC gamer keys. I wonder if that will get them in.

with all due respect to Diablo and LoL, but my finger itches for some planetside!! it's been YEARS (back when I was young and the ladies swarmed around me, lady bugs that is).

Although as in all Betas, you will get those who want to help and WILL help, and you will get those who will jump on your throats and create "I hate ps2" blogs because of expected server lag, crashes, shutdown, queues...etc

I may not have confidence in SOE, but I do have confidence in the team you put together there Matt and co.
