The full image isn't pornographic. It's just really skinny with a pot belly, and instead of wearing pants, it's just really hairy down there to cover everything up.

sorry for the bump folks but I did a little research on this.

Turns out its from some bizarre website with all kinds of pictures of that thing. Its a puppet btw, and I believe his name is "Murv." Its just some shock site with some odd pics with a wierd puppet. No rape/porn-like images are involved with Murv.

I'll get you guys a link when I can.
