Edit: For all those "vets deserve nothing" people, how quick are you to forget the crap SOE subjected the player base to over the years in return for those £7.50 subs (by the way mine total in excess of $2000) i would hope that this customer loyalty will be rewarding as any good company would.

I want nothing for a reward, because I deserve nothing. I am not special because I played PS1, and the fact that I did should not confer some special advantage or status on me.

A lot of people in here are managing to come across as feeling very self-entitled to something that is akin to being given a pat on the back for existing.

IMO, the only thing PS1 players should be given is a hell of an end of game event for PS1(for those still active), and a minor cosmetic item(I've seen a beret mentioned a few times). Beyond that, asking for more begins to take on a very whiny, self-entitled sort of tone.

Pretty much this. Iv'e been very loyal to a few game companies and only asked for fixes/updates in return.

Yall got your Planetside 2. Maybe a handshake and a medal would suffice.
