As far as news articles are concerned, we have plans for a newswire section where people will be able to report from the front lines. It would look like a newspaper complete with a screenshot of the event. Id have to say somthing in game would just be a nightmare for whoever is put in charge of it lol

THis will be seperate from the AGN for the most part. I have some server plans in the future that will accomodate the AGN better, as far as live casts, and downloads. A CNN style reporter to follow the tracks of a specific outfit and their battles would just be intense, and give those outfits some great exposure. The possiblities of what we could do will be very fun to look at..

I am really psyched to see how this turns out.

The whole concept Marsman brainstormed has me stoked. I for one love to write and this will just give me another avenue for that love. He allowed me to help with the AGN start-up recording you all downloaded and that was pure fun. Of course I don't have the "Barry White" voice Mars does.

We have been going over some great stuff lately and mixing some great ideas for intrigue and other attention-grabbing content.

Hamma is HARD at work preparing the way for the necessary requirements, and the whole PSU staff is excited!

I think you will probably see reporters just like SmokeJumper alluded to, Wolf Blitzer style, braving the frontlines or maybe even accompanying covert S&D raids. The sky is the limit. We are only bound by our imaginations...

The Newswire will be more of a freelance, people will be able to submit their articles. THen an editor (PSU Staff member) will read and approve them. Well, that is the plan anyway.

It would be neat to see a newspaper article where a reporter follows around a forum personality. It could make them famous or a laughing stock. I'd like to read about Dio retreating or people boycotting hammas galaxies bc he kept crashing.

I was kidding about your comment but seriously the FPS crowd does get on my nerves with the "gay" as an insult thing. I'm not gay (woman rulez! ) but i just think it's so fricking juvenile and dumb. (not saying you are though ...well....nah...)

It's not really just the FPS crowd. Most groups of elitists tend to use it.
