Question!

1) Anyone know any "special" offers they are having with the game cards you get at the local stores?
(I heard that you get an extra $5 if you buy the card from wal-mart, is that true? I don't see it advertised on the website.)

2) What happens if you buy another Game Stop card but you already have the NS-11 gun? Will you get the SC or Certs for it instead or...?

3) Double SC will work on Game Cards right?

The local walmart here doesn't have any SOE cards, just some applebees and shit. I've used half a dozen NS-11 cards from gamestop last triple SC weekend and the end result was a list under the 'K' menu to redeem the rifles, even across characters/factions (prior to account unlocks).
That said, I'm not sure what they would do...but if I had to guess you'd get SC if you redeemed the rifles on your account.

Probably a good question for twitter. @purrfectstorm might have some info. And if you do get the scoop, let us know please?

Can you define "weekend" please? Is this a Saturday-Sunday, Friday - Sunday, or Thursday Night - Sunday for all the Gentiles in the audiance?

I don't like the idea of PvE in my PvP game... but I would be totally fine if just for Sunday only that VS were turned into Easter Bunnies... they are already purple anyway. Then at least the NC and TR can go easter bunny hunting. Due to the population balance that would also make the ellusive easter bunnies to hunt.

1. It will have a little bubble on the car that says "500 bonus Station Cash!". If the card has no bubble, you get no bonus. (See right-hand side of card in the middle: http://walmart.com/ip/19530504?adid=...00000027727740 ) Walmart doesn't sell the bonus ones online, just in stores. The website also lies about which stores have them in stock. Have to go and check for yourself. Be warned, there is also a $10 one that gives $2 in bonus SC. Also, ANY SOE Station game card that has the bonus SC bubble will work.

2. No SC or Certs, and no gun if you've already unlocked it on that character. Not sure about account-wide. I don't have it on my VS toon yet.

3. In the past, yes. Not sure if it got secretly nerfed or not. Best part is the "free" station cash is also doubled. So I have 2 $15 cards w/ $5 bonus SC each. This gives me $40 base, which is doubled to $80 SC.

You were looking in the electronics section, right? They should have one or more places in electronics with game cash/time cards. (X-Box, pre-orders, etc.) Ask an associate in electronics. They are not in the normal gift-card section.

This is not usually how SOE handles things, especially since the NS-11 Platinum is not available for SC or certs, only as a promo item. (Though the dif between it ant the normal NS-11 as far as I can tell is simply the base color.)

Ah, excellent. I'll have to go back and look as the only cards I saw were up near the register. No where near the electronics section and the sales associate was about a helpful as the official forums.
