Heavygain ran to the back door entrance and aim his chaingun straight at it ready for anything to come through. He waited 15 minutes until he realized his Chaingun barrels were melted together from overheating. �Shit, Cyrus keep the door covered while I go and rearm,� he said as he ran to the spawn room. �Copy� he heard Cyrus say. Heavygain reached the terminal to find that the generator had been destroyed. �Hamma, did you know the generator has been destroyed?� �Yea, sorry, I forgot to mention it� Hamma replied. Heavygain opened his locker and found that he hadn�t been to this base since the beginning of the war. He found a cycler, 2 decimators, a thumper, a caulk gun and med applicator and ammo for all. He took the two decimators, the thumper, the caulk gun and the Med. Applicator. The thumper was loaded with a full clip of frag grenades and he had 3 clips of frag for reload and one clip of jammer grenades. He ran back to the back door to find that Cyrus was badly injured and needed a medic. Heavygain immediately took out his Med. Applicator and fixed him up. �Thanks a ton Heavy� Cyrus said. Heavygain took out his thumper and switched on his audio implant and listened for any enemies that might be coming down the hallway. They didn�t have to wait long. Heavygain glanced at proximity map and found that a squad of 7 infantry and 3 MAX units were running down the hall. Immediately Heavygain opened the door and bounced 3 grenades around the corner and heard their screams. The blood splattered all over the hallway and Heavygain reloaded his thumper. �INCOMPETENT TO HAMMA, IRKALLA AND ALMOST ALL THE OTHER BASES ON ISHUNDAR HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE ENEMY EMPIRES!� He heard Incompetent shout over the radio. �I am hidden in a mass of trees and have not been detected, requesting course of action� �Stay out of sight Incomp, from the looks of it we may need to join you, how many can you fit in that escalade of yours?� Hamma questioned. �Two gunners and that�s it� Incompetent reported. �Roger that, if we are forced to evacuate, Heavygain and Cyrus will go with you to sanctuary and pickup a Galaxy.� From their Heavygain was too busy fending off enemies to understand them. He shot 2 grenades down the hallway and more blood splattered down the hallway. He shot the rest of the clip and reloaded while Cyrus kept them at bay with his chaingun. Heavygain shot the entire clip down the hall killing a few more and reloaded again, he found he only had one clip left not counting the one he just loaded. He conserved a little more ammo out of this one by only shooting on down the hall at a time. When at last he was out of ammo he took out a decimator. He leaned up against the doorframe and peaked out, there was another squad with maxes coming through the door. He leaned out and shot once, a direct hit on one of the maxes, it killed most of the infantry but the maxes still stood. He peaked out and shot once more but this time they were ready for it, the one he was aiming for dodged right and it blew right past him. He only had one more shot in that decimator so he aimed for the feet. The splash damage killed both of them instantly. Heavygain removed his other decimator from his inventory and leaned up against the doorframe again. Then he looked over at Cyrus and saw there was a mag-scatter held to his head and a squad of NC standing behind him all with guns aimed at him. �O shit�. FINE!� Heavygain shouted as he took his knife and threw it at the head of the man who was holding Cyrus hostage. It pierced through his head and Cyrus dived for through the door and Heavygain did the same. They dashed up the hall as fast as they could and ran until they were in a massive group of trees. �We gotta hide� Cyrus declared. �Up this tree� Heavygain said as he began to climb up one of the biggest trees. �Hamma, we were forced from the backdoor and are outside the base, requesting command� Heavygain reported over the radio. �Call in Incompetent and get a galaxy from sanctuary� Hamma commanded. �Roger that� Heavygain replied. �Incompetent, come and pick us up at our location� Heavygain said over the squad channel. �Be there in, nevermind, look down� He said. Heavygain looked down and saw that the tree was right over the deliverer. They climbed down and got in right away.

Hamma aimed at the door with battle-scarred cycler. The proud weapon was more black than silver and he only had half of a clip remaining. The basement door shot open and a soldier dived through with his jackhammer blowing out shells. Hamma immediately opened fire. He fired four shots and the soldier did not get off the ground. Hamma looked over his armor he had been hit once from medium range and had large dents in his Reinforced exo-suit. �I need ammo and repairs ASAP!� he shouted to the soldiers behind him. Pyro_man stepped forward and handed him 2 drums of cycler ammo. �Thanks man� Hamma said gratefully. The door flew open once again and a squad of infantry came surging through. Hamma shot out from behind the crates he was taking cover behind. The noise of gunfire screamed through the entire base, the brilliant flash of gunfire echoed silently around the basement. Hamma downed one solder and aimed to the next and opened fire, the NC soldier rolled behind the middle support pillar. Hamma looked to the left of himself and saw 4 TR soldiers had been severely wounded and 2 only had half of their heads. Pyro_man and Hamma were the only unwounded soldiers, 9 NC soldiers lie crippled on the ground. Hamma reloaded his cycler and sprinted and then rolled as soon as he was almost to the pillar. He unloaded his cycler randomly and watched the blood spray to the wall behind and the ground as the enemy soldier slowly slumped to the ground. �Pyro, we have to get out of here, we will continue the defense with an attack with reinforcements,� Hamma said sluggishly. �Unfortunately, your right, we cant do anything more with just two soldiers.� Pyro_man responded. �Now, how the hell are we gonna get out of here alive?� Pyro_man questioned. Hamma pointed to the bodies of the now dead NC soldiers and began stripping off the agile armor off the least-damaged body he could find. �Your kidding right?� Pyro_man questioned rebelliously. �Fraid� not� hamma said. Once they were both suited up they both picked up a gauss and began sprinting down the hallway. They found that a full NC platoon was on its way down the hallway. �Why aren�t you down by the control console?� Questioned the soldier that was dressed in pure gold armor. �They have heavy resistance down there and we are severely damaged and out of ammo� Hamma said hastily as he looked at the ground the ground, desperately trying to hide his face. �Roger that, there is an AMS on the outer side of the north wall� The highly ranked soldier reported as he saluted and his platoon continued down the hall. �That was fucking close.� Hamma whispered to Pyro_man as they got to the staircase. They went up the stairs with relatively no attention. They exited through the main entrance and saw what looked to be a full army of NC and VS soldiers in relative peace. Out of nowhere a TR Deliverer came speeding through the main gate with guns blazing. �JUMP ON WHEN WE DRIVE NEXT TO YOU!� Hamma heard incompetent shout over the radio. The Deliverer came shooting at 90 KPH right next to them. They swiftly leaped unto the front and back bumpers and grabbed onto the rails on the roof of the SUV. Plasma and bullets rained over them like a plague as Incompetent swiftly evaded as best he could. They went flying out of the base swerving left and right.

Kaozreign flew scanned down on the ocean, all he could see was dark blue water for miles. �Status report� He said boredly over the radio. �Nothing� is all they said back. �Manitou, status report over on Ishunder,� He demanded of his superior. He got no response until about 10 minutes later he heard �***static*** everyone ***static*** dead� and no more. Kaozreign could not tell whom the voice belonged to and it seemed very unlikely that that was what had happened. Reign typed in a command to his onboard computer to identify the voice and replay the broadcast. He replayed it over and over again until the computer finally came up with Skalla. Kaozreign was in denial and thought about this for a few long minutes. �Air platoon, I am expecting you to continue the search, I must go and help the Dragonwolves.� Kaozreign said viciously. �Roger that� he heard the new squad leader reply as he turned east and afterburner as far as he could.
Kaozreign reached Girru to find that it brought a new meaning to the word carnage. Masses of TR bodies lay in oceans of blood. Many were missing body parts or had holes through them; he even found a body hanging from on top of the north tower. It identified as Black. He looked down into the bases courtyard and saw 2 things, an army of NC and an army of VS. �Any T-t-t-R members c-c-come in� he stuttered over the radio. �ANY TR PERSONNAL COME IN!� he screamed into his mic. �Kaozreign, that you?� He heard the familiar voice of Manitou question. �Yes, what the hell happened?� Kaozreign demanded. �We lost�� he heard Manitou say sadly. �I knew that, but how did this happen? Never mind, where are you?� |
