Been playing for nine years and though I don't know how true it is I always remember hearing that Emerald was the most populated server.

I live in Houston, and I find people from Austin are weirder then people from other parts of Texas. I don't know why that is, but I've observed this trend in the 20+ years I've lived in Texas.

My experience is that all countries (and all areas of countries) have their own fair share of both idiots as well as cool people. Geographic location doesn't trump basic human nature.
