Hopefully whatever the enemy hates the most that makes it so our guys have an absolute minimum of distance to get from respawn back to battle.

Being able to deploy towers, as was said in the latest video. Yeah, now THAT would be AMS on steroids stuff.

Heavy Assault grunt here, with adv. medic to help my squishy team mates get back on their feet. And then maxing vehicle gunning skills for the times I can't be on foot.

I want the biggest guns to blow everything in indoors fights ! I JUST want to BLOW THINGS . BLOOOOWW !

( I mean, Heavy assault, heavy armor, Max, Grenade Launcher, Rocket Launcher.... all the things that does a big BOOM when fired and can be used indoors. No, i don't have any problems with explosions, i'm just an NC. )

I doubt they'll let us fire rexo suits, and even if they did, I can't imagine it going boom without having explosives strapped to it first.

As for the 20% vet bonus, it's really the wrong way to go. It's ok for a vet to have more options and all that, but the time you give vet a 20% more firepower cos they've played more, you are guaranteed to have doomed reviews and lots of bad word of mouth. It was seen in APB, even if the vet would've destroyed the new player just the same with stock gear (thus the question arise, why the need for extra firepower?), everybody used the upgrades as a scapegoat.

So once again, keep any veteran benefits as horizontal, never as pure power upgrades.

As for actually on topic, recently in Planetside I've been a deeply specced engineer for the most parts cos I couldnt get much done in 1v1 combat. Generally speaking "ground support", AMS & ANTs, repairs, CE&FDU. Looking forward to also be air support.

If/when the gunplay will be better in PS2, looking forward to simply just be a grunt more as well.

Never been fan of leading, I'm the type of person who's better at executing what somebody else tells me to do.

I can't say I've played APB, but keep in mind it'll take more than a year for people to fully spec out their role of choice, and that doesn't include the outfit and leadership benefits that would be needed for that 20% benefit, and then you have the fact that that benefit will only apply to that role. Someone who's trained nothing but reaver for a year will be worse off indoors than a newbie who's trained HA for an hour.
