PS1 vet, got the decal and title. I saw the veteran part of the email right when the Planetside 1 Main Theme (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N7m9d2qw8qE) started playing on my playlist. Brought tears to my eyes...thank you devs, thank you so much.

Still subbed to PS1, did not receive vet email, did not buy alpha squad. My info is up to date as I did get the launch email and I do have the beta decal.

Seems a lot of us are in the same boat. Wonder if they missed a server or something.

I'm yearning for my PS1 vet stuff, even if its just pointless stuff, I want it pretty badly. I have my beta decal and this "Exterminator" title (how'd I get that?), but no simple, elegant, PS1 vet stuff

Where's the bonus for beta testers? Don't they deserve some recognition? Do you devs think you've could successfully launched this game without them?
All the time, I hear this Q & A session hallelujah about the important of beta testers and that they couldn't have done this release without these players involved. Well, now is the time to walk the talk.

Recognizing PS1 vets only, some who didn't contribute anything to this release besides ranting, without doing anything for the people that actually did deliver constructive feedback to make this release to what it is today, just feels plain wrong.

I didnt see any email for vet decal but it would be nice to have it. Is there a person I can send a email to, to check if im eligable.

Same problem here. I have Alpha Squad and Beta decals, 'Exterminator' title (where's that from?)... but no Veteran items. Played PS1 on this same account since 2003.

Yup PS1 vet, Alpha squad, premium member. Recieved no vet email and only have the Alpha squad and beta decals in game. I'll give it til after this weekend, they got much more important shit to worry about in thegame next 48 hrs or so.
