I know that the EU server was hosted in Amsterdam. In with cities the US servers were hosted I don't know. We also don't know where the PS2 servers are going to be located.

Aye, only knowledge on it so far is that SOE is looking for places to host it and that it will probably not be in Germany, or at least there will be more than one in EU.
