Haha, I'm just making a point that the argument sounds just as "insecure" as people not wanting to play the opposite gender. In truth I don't see the issue with either side of it.

Play the avatar you like, it's a game so it is meant to be for your enjoyment.

When I read your post, the only thing I see is someone who is extremely butt-mad and is just spewing insults. Its alright to admit you're a homosexual compadre, I will not hold it against you. But calm down my friend, I just don't see the point of a guy playing a female avatar unless you were a frat boy or a closet homosexual.

My point was that if you were secured you would play a male avatar if you had nothing to fear you would not be getting defensive, but hey its a game, people play orcs and giant talking cows in other games too so play what you want and enjoy the game.

It's a simple personal preference, let's not make generalizations about people who may play a different gender in a game.. it is a game afterall.

While purple is my favourite colour, TR is my favourite empire. The difference is that the males get to wear heels in the VS.

I'm usually male in game, but I plan on being an Infiltrator/sniper in PS2. And I'm TR. I dislike the TR infiltrator that they showed a few weeks ago, so in hopes that it will make my infiltrator look better, I will try out a female avatar. I'm not 100% though, so depending on how Beta goes, my decision is subject to change.

I'm in it for the aesthetics, since armor and outfits look substantially different on male and female bodies, I take the one that looks coolest.
