Lastly with balance, I don't see what everyone is in such a fuss about. I have played all three races extensively and go on kill streaks with all three just fine. I remember a time when gamers would adapt to the game given to them instead of whine about how it wasn't fair (not saying you're whining, I just mean as a general rule).

Leaderboards mean nothing. They haven't been reset in forever, so people who have been in since early August obviously have more kills than people who have just been getting in.

A leaderboard based on "kills" alone means nothing. What does matter is how people play together, and to take people with that amount of dedication to top the boards means they understand the sort of cohesion it takes to be in a decent squad.
