I like my rexo and i think it does kinda suck for 3 points. Also make it so you need rexo to have HA, and make nades do Americas army like damage(well mabee less but it would be cool)

Rexo does need the buff.

Or make it 2 cert points. Perhaps do even both.

Like it was said earlier, you get 50 more armor, better damage absorption, at the cost of moving slower, and can't use half the vehicles.

This game is sorely partisan towards vehicles since the same number of certs will get you anything you want except for Air Cavalry.

Yes, it will hurt infiltrators a little bit, but there's so much wrong with infils its not a quick fix.
