During beta. First firefight I got in. I had a gauss rifle (i picked NC initially thankfully i blamed my suckiness on the weapon) and I had yet to figure out that I could sidestep (my first ever online FPS). I kept running around in circles and finally got owned. I promptly quit NC and joined VS.

First day playing, i get a /tell from a friend telling me to use the shuttle and drop near a base on Ish. I get there and it's incredible, at least 40 NC guys running from a tower to the base like normandy or something. Like any noob, i followed. Everywhere guys where dropping like flys around me, but i kept running, firing my gauss and screaming like a 6 year old girl through team speak. Bam, i take one down, blam another, and another. I'm feeling like hot shit now. Finally, i see a guy run from the door straight to the vehicle spawns; outta ammo, i pull out my mag cutter. I get closer, and closer till i spot a magrider in the corner of my eye and it was "heading right for us". In a desparate attempt to inflict damage i tried to stab it. Magrider= 1 Magcutter= -1

Later i got a tell from my friend saying " I know you didn't do what i think i saw you do".

My first death was getting run over by one of the ants in teh sanctuary that were all over durring beta

I got ran over by a Vanguard in the Sanctuary during the early part of open beta.

I walked a long long time in some "moutains"

and saw a MAX. I shot at him but he didn't die. He saw me, shot 1 time and I was dead

June 2003, I crashed a galaxy trying to land it in VR, first real death in the field was to a VS Qausar max on Isundar, my punny cycler with AP rounds could not compare.
