No fair. I'm overweight and have an uberslow metabolism. This works well in a nuclear holocaust where all farms stop producing because everyone dies and we have to eat each other. However, it's not good for weight loss. I don't overeat. I was just inactive for years, plunging nutrient usage to 1%. Now I'm active and it still sucks. Muscles - food = bad.
I bet Derfud, like this kid at school, can eat like 3 servings of Mac and Cheese and still not get fat.

Right you are my good man, neither do I excersize in the least. Within the past few days, I have eaten 2 full sized medium pizza hut pizzas and I havent gained a pound, I dont actively watch my weight, so even if I have, I wouldnt know, or care! I just love my metabolism.
