Hamma you should have like a senior editing staff comprised of 2 or 3 people. Jobs would get delegated alot more efficiently and it would make it easier for people to have a life and help out the PSU staff/community if they weren't shouldering the responsibilities all by themselves.

You could have Dio, Sputty, and myself do it. Together we would be the supreme editor combining the W.A.M.S. and the M.L.W.A.

You could even throw in Nav for fun.

I think it would be safe to say that Hamma's put that into consideration, but he could have left it to one person to weed out the 10-12 year old little boys who cant handle the job on their own, its for the more experienced ones who can handle it like big boys.

Well some of the big boys have full time jobs that sort of make it difficult to do it by themselves. I personally would love the job but I couldn't do it by myself because I lack the time to do it all. This is a great community and I'd like the chance to help out more. Nothing wrong with needing help to do something. First step to doing something right is knowing your limits.

I would honestly love to work side-by-side with you BlueZero, it would kick some ass and be quite the bit of fun.

But I agree to the big boys having busy lives and jobs, which makes it harder. I have both school and work, and gaming, but I still have time. Thats why I applied and thats why I would love to have the job.

Well I'll submit something if there is a possibility that you're going to higher more than one person. I personally couldn't do it myself so I want to know if I'm wasting my time by submitting it or not.
