I'd prefer less BR20s but more players who specialize in a handful of certs. This would make that impossible.

Plus, that defeats the purpose of Elite Abilities, an advantage that a specialist in a cert(s) posesses but can be atained by anyone who really works with it.

Yeah I'd agree with that EarlyDawn. To me the merit commendation should an add-on to Battle Rank, but a recognition of your specialisation. By having merit commendations available at any battle rank, it means that you preseve the whol BR20 vs BR1 thing as best possible, and it rewards everyone worth rewarding

I will just have to take the wait and see attitude. I may be overly negative, but I have seen one too many screw-ups implemented in this game with disasterous side-effects. Well, we will eventually know and someone will be able to look back on these arguments and say we told you so. What will suck is if I'm the one saying it.
