Sodomy is applicable under the law whether you give or take. It's an underhanded means of "legally" charging homosexuals with a crime since you can't very well charge them with being gay.

I know, I was just tossing out an example of why someone would press charges. I personnaly think she looks a little psycho. eg.

edit: besides, most the time, the state presses charges whether the "victim" wants to or not.
