I wouldn't necessarily believe august 3rd, but an August release is likely. I wouldn't be in the least bit suprised if Half-Life 2 magically slips to the holiday season.

I can believe a september release of Half Life 2. I mean, in the latest interview with the senior producer, he said the game is basically done, but theyre just fine tuning some of the levels and what not.

Don't misinterperate what I'm saying. I defenitely think Doom 3 is sooner rather then later. Half-Life 2, however.. If I were a betting man..

yea the way Doom 3 is looking I can definately see an August release...but Half Life 2 has been so many times I cant believe it until I see it.
