I'm just referring to the fans at yankee stadium today. They're throwing crap on the field.

GO SOX. i fucking hate the god damned Yankees. butt-fuckers win all the damned time. makes me nuts. plus they beat the Indians all the time. Sure, I don't really live in Ohio, but i grew up there and it's tradition to hate the Yankees if you're a tribe fan. So, Go SOX!

(actually, i've been following boston for almost eight years now. i just want to see the curse lifted)

I said before the start of the postseason;

Redsox in 7

Astros in 6

Astros over the Red Sox 5.

Now, it may very well happen today, Houstons up 3-2 and the Yankees better get thier collective heads out thier assess before Steinbrenner blows a blood vessel.

I am unsure Houston will win tonight, they have Munro pitching, but they have a good shot, and if they do, and the BoSox win...

Its gonna be beautiful.

Of course, a Yankee's Astros WS would be nice too.

Anything but a Cardinals Yankee/Bosox world series, that would be.. un bareable.

I was told you can only watch baseball if you have beer, b/cus its just THAT fucking boring.

But i think i'll make up my own english mind

Can anyone recommend a good match for a newbie to watch to get into it?

Honestly its just personal preference. Some people just don't like certain sports. For example, I can only watch a basketball game on tv if its a playoff game. I watched the pistons/lakers series, but wouldn't be able to sit through a regular season game. It also helps if you know the rules well. You can get lost fast if you don't know whats going on.

I loving all the 'conspiracy theorists' out there now.

"The Shilling injury was a ruse to us all. That was just red dye on his pants in Game 2. If he had an injury like that he would not be able to walk out to his car, let along the mound!"

Cry me a friggin river. Curt Shilling proved to me that HE is the best clincher in Baseball PERIOD! The Yankees were rushing their bats last night. Shilling had 99 pitches going into the 8th inning = about 5 pitches per Yankee batter.

Tonight though everything can fall. Everything that the Sawks have worked for the past 3 games could come down to a swing of a bat. Tonight should be an excellent Playoff game.

I have often said that there is nothing like a game 7 in almost any sport. Hockey has the passion and the grueling factor of playing a 2 month tournament on broken bones, fractured eye sockets, cuts, bruises and other maladies that would put a Baseball player on the DL. I cannot say I am a true Baseball fan, I'm more of a hockey/football fan myself, but I will be watching this game tonight. It has everything in it. Fox could not have written a better script than the one presented to us tonight.

Go Sawks!

The Sox and the Astros have to win tonight. That way, we can have Kerry and Bush throw out the opening pitches!
