the best interviews are those, that have a charismatic interviewer and a charismatic victim (dev)
and your interview will be one of those interviews for sure. and i think the devs will talk with even more enthusiasm when talking to the ultimate planetside fans who contributed so much to keep the community alive for all these years.

oh boy how i would love to visit soe as well to play live with the devs

what i noticed on one tweet is, that the mana shields will not only have empire specific color, they seem to have es shape as well. the nc one looks to be composed of hexagons, while the tr shield looks more like a traditional shield. will we see the vanu version as well?
diversity rules! are the mana turrets themselve also empire specific?

about the wall discussion, as long as we got a fair share of totally walled bases, i have no problems with some bases being open like we saw it. i would not like to have ONLY open bases. and only walled fortresses are not the best solution as well as we know from ps1. there were very great fun battles in the walled ps1 bases and i would not want to miss them. but sometimes stalemates were too long and having some options to go for open bases instead are ok. again, diversity rules. this makes every base subject to other tactics and keeps the game fresh. tactics that work for a fortress may not work for open bases and vice versa.
still hope that one or two of the ps next bases (or the ones from that soe mentored school project) made it into the game.
