So everyone knows. Somethingawful forums are the ones that figured it out. They are also the ones that reported it to Higby. In fact the same posters telling everyone on SA forums how to do it, were at the same time sending Higby DMs on twitter to close down beta servers. Goon mentality doesn't have to make sense.

I can think of another couple of websites that would be happy to get their hands on the client early as well...

Lets hope that the devs are well aware of how quickly these certain websites tend to develop their special game specific software to sell to special gamers.

Pity that the market exists, really. Oh well... There will always be special gamers, unfortunately.
