Gtx 460, 8 gb ram, 64x windows, intel 2 quad 2600k.

Haven't been seeing any love for us low-mid rangers.

I have a buddy that got in with the first wave with a Core 2 Duo and 2GB RAM. He says it runs fine on it. He does have a descent video card though.

i think people forget how smoothly this will go run on a just a dual core machine with a few gb of ram and a normal videocard.this game (Ps2) is made for as much diff machines as they can.more machines able to run this more people playing means more money...simple.We also forget that we dont know what forgelight is capable of on lower machines.

i play firefall on high settings with my laptop with a T4400 dual core (2,2 ghz).
4 gb of ddr3 and a nvidia geforce 310m.

on my pc i can play it ultra high but its descent enough to run it fine on my lappy.

i got a buddy like this, other than his video crd being a 460gtx i think.. crosses fingers for him.

Nothing yet, but you never know.
Running an i7-2630QM and a nvidia gtx 460m. Worried no one with a laptop since there was no way to differentiate between laptop components and desktop. Then when beta drops things go wrong.

Yeah I'm rocking an i7-2670qm, 12 gb ram and a gtx 560m 2gb ddr5. Mostly worried about the processor since Smedley said the game is more CPU intensive. Was kind of hoping for more specific options or dxdiag, but oh well. Good thing I have those big asus jets to keep it cool

You're worried!?! I'm running an core 2 duo at 3.5Ghz, 8gb ram, and an 560ti. I have a massive bottleneck of a CPU but can't do anything about it this month

hopefully I will still be able to run it at much lower settings.

You have an i7 and you're worried about your CPU? Jebus, I've got a quad-core Q6600 and nowhere near your other specs (4GB RAM, for instance) and I'm not concerned.

Your rig should eat PS2 for breakfast!

I think most of the people who've gotten in have low end hardware. I suppose that's why they got in.
I should have put down I had a Pentium 3 instead (I do... in the corner of my room)

Dont forget it's a mobile gpu and CPU in my rig, not quite the monsters in desktop counterparts...still powerful though. BF3 on high/ultra and such

. Still worried about that player count on my cpu, mostly. We shall see though haha.

You all shouldn't expect the beta to begin for the majority probably until mid August. SOE has consistently shown that whatever date they say it is usually 1.5-2x that in actuality. Stop hindering on the dates they say and you will not be nearly as disappointed. I remember when Beta was supposed to be in march, what a joke that was.
