Gotta jump in here even though I am late. I hate people bustin on such a great game.

Tribes and Tribes 2 owned. T2 is/was the best game ever made to date.

The only downfall was when Dynamix was shut down and they release that aweful patch that DESTROYED frame rates. Like their dying breath "oh yeah we'll show them". Unfortunately that move about ruined the entire community. Still, the game is leaps and bounds ahead of any other FPS ever made. People whined at the beginning about the tweaking of game play with the first patches, but hell I bet that was marketings fault anyways. Seen that happen a bunch in my own job.

I am hoping that PS has all of the fun of T2, but the pay per month money goes to keeping it running smoothly and garuntees no idiotic decisions like shutting down the developers of such a superb game.

I strongly doubt Marweas was "bustin" on T2 because he works for Sierra and is the manager of it, or something like that. Sorry Hamma for bringing this back up, but I think what Marweas was talking about was when DG (left/got fired/I have no idea) Sierra, he left, in many people's eyes, a very large mess and so far Marweas has brought it back considerably. Last patch is out soon and we should have some fun. I'm not pissed at DG in anyway, because I

T2 and play it all the time, best game ever if you ask me, but a bunch of T1 vets (which I am) didn't want to let go of T1 and they, in my eyes, ruined it for a lot of people. Still, I say great job on T2 Dave, you brought us the game and it rocked. Sorry for going so off subject.

I can't deny I love tribes. I love jet packs. I can hardly wait for Tribes 3. I'm interested in trying planetside even though it has no jet pack because Hamma's told me so much about it

<3 for Marweas for always keeping your word and for your sense of humor. I have much respect for you for this.

<3 for Dave for taking time to teach me how to cut and paste. You have always had a soft spot for helping the new people and I love that about you.

I have to say that Hamma gets the brownie!
