TR are newbie mainly because they are overpowerd
VS(my empire) have good weapons but the CC expansion added commen pool energy weapons ;(
NC i consider equal with the VS thier jackhammer is good and so is our lancer ... but th TR MCG ... kills you before you even can think (yeah really leme take a MCG from you guys and kill you with it and see how you feel about it) {newbie TR}
