I just played a little more and I have to retract my previous statment. This game can be scary as shit. And im being a pussy and playing on easy setting. (Rookie I think its called.)

Edit: Lmao, one of the emails you get is an advertisment for clone porn. hot identical clones in action! The future is gouing to be great.

Playing it on Veteran. Not really scary, although it does have good "boo!" qualities to it.

The six people I had over to chill while we played (myself included) got a syncronized "oh shit" when one of the earlier imps did that leap attack right through a door. Then my girlfriend started giggling.

I however am sad... for I did not get it for my birthday like I was hoping, the box I saw my dad with WAS Doom3, but it was for my cousin...

Anyway I have to agree this game is not as scary as i expected it to be. If you think about it a bit the monster placement can be very predictable. Occationaly they will throw curve balls though. I can't find the BFG though. What is that thing anyway? What does BFG stand for (I know it can't be big fucking gun, the first thing that came to mind. Well actualy, yeah it could be.)
The BFG 9000 is and has always been the Big Fucking Gun. Id never even bothered to pretend it stood for anything else.

I lost my voice from screaming, playing this game.

I think I have a tumor. The noises those multi-eyed things make when they jump out makes me lose bladder control.

This game kicks ass.
