lasher/ customized pulsar?
Im thinking that it is the lasher due to its more conical shape then what we have seen of pulsars in tweets and the old video. The conical shape could add to the idea of the gun projecting a "ball" of energy so the shape of the gun lends itself to that. Also the trigger guard is funky shaped.

Otherwise it would be a heavily sidegraded pulsar gun, which would be equally awesome.

Well, a bit late, but I'm glad they pretty much confirmed what I thought about the Lasher. Looks like all HA weapons are now going to be held like the MCG, which is good IMHO. Didn't like how the Lasher was HA, yet was held just like any other rifle.
