I'm really in no mood to start a big firefight on a video game forum right now, or ever.
Suffice it to say, a staged screenshot typically is "in game footage." Hence, the screenshot part. It's staged so that they can make it look good easily, without having to catch it at the perfect moment in a real battle. |

And if you're "not in the mood to start a big fight" why even post on a discussion board? Isn't the point to discuss? |

Imo: TR get the Mini-Chaingun, and the NC get the Not-so-Mini-Chaingun. I can see it being a much bigger and bulky chaingun, fitting the NC's art style versus the more slick look of the TR. It would be a slower firing MCG that does more damage per hit (fits the NC style). Hopefully things end up balanced.
Oh, and the VS would probably just be an under-slung lasher. Maybe compared to the current Lasher in PS1, it would have a faster projectile to be more on par with the other HA, but do less damage per hit than it does now. If they can make the "lash" mechanism balanced, then I'm fine with them keeping it. After all, it wouldn't be a "Lasher" if it didn't lash. |
