I wanted a serious discussion.

But obviously only a couple posters were capable of that. The rest just felt personally offended that I suggested something that wasn't completely congruent with what they believed.

I never said it did. A good number of the comments in this thread aren't compliments, they're obnoxious cat calls directed at concept art.

What many people don't understand is that there are a metric crap-ton of people out there who act like this in real life, to real people. It's always awkward for the subject (understandably so) and makes anyone doing it look like a total fucking tool. I don't want you to think for a second that I'm saying this for the sake of a piece of art, I'm mentioning it for you. All I'm saying is you may be associating yourself with people you may not want to associate yourself with. I can't stop you from doing what you want, but you should know that the premise of this thread is pretty pathetic.
