That's not even saying test invites will go out today...
Just that they might (the best case scenario).
If they go out today, then their tech test went very well.

Yep. This is why they don't give us dates or estimates. An estimate somehow turns into a guarantee.

He said Monday. I don't see what the big deal is. I'd rather have some estimate then play the waiting game. If they were silent people would be complaining for a date, there will always be whining.

Oh I enjoy the estimates too. I'm just saying I'm constantly seeing misinformation the community creates out of these 'estimates' and it makes me sad. Although this one probably isn't the best example, as I haven't seen any thread riots start yet.

The tech test is still going well because it has not ended yet. The beta will start in approx. 1-2 weeks according to Smed.

I specifically remember reading it on a dev twitter, possibly Higby. Not that it matters much because I understand things change and bugs come up. I've been waiting for Project Zomboid and StarDrive to come to fruition for over a year and a half now and have been following this game since last summer so this is nothing. I'm glad they're taking time to work on things and make sure the launch goes off without a hitch.

This logic does not compute. The sooner the tech tests ends the better it has been going not the other way round!

As there will be separate server for EU beta, was it somewhere mentioned it will be still for SOE accounts or it will be for Pro7 accounts? (probably too soon for that)
