Not really, you still haven't answered my question.

And I gave up because of negative responses.

And what question would that be? Pretty sure we've beaten every single point you've made into the ground, but maybe I missed one.

You mean you gave up because people agree with the CSR that you should have exercised common sense rather than just going to town and trying to feign ignorance? I mean really, call a ***** a *****.

Answer that question if you can.
That question? Damn...thought we'd gone over that one...but apparently it didn't sink in...so here goes:

The fact that no walls were present should have alerted you to the fact that something was amiss. If that didn't, then other players randomly floating around in the air most CERTAINLY should have set off alarm bells. If nothing else that should have prompted an /appeal on your part for these players evidently exploiting some sort of zero-g bug, at which point you would have been informed that YOU were the one with the bug.

Basically, you should have *thought* about the situation and acted differently. You acted without thought, exploited a bug (which you did, whether it was your original intent or not) and ruined the gaming experience of however many people you killed (NOBODY likes someone who beats them with an exploit, whether they knew about it or not). Given your history with PS (which stretches back at least six months if you were on the CC beta), and the fact that you were boasting about your accomplishments in your outfit chat (which the CSR was undoubtedly reading to see if there was any evidence that you knew about things being amiss) indicates that yes, indeed, the temporary suspension was justified. Your half-assed attempts to pretend you didn't know what was going on when you yourself say that you realized things were slightly abnormal is pathetic...perhaps next time when you see something unusual, you'll stop and think instead of just diving in.

You made an error in judgement, it's not the end of the world. Learn from this mistake and move on. Stop blaming the CSR for your temporary oversight in the use of your brain.

There, your question was answered. Now the dead horse can rest in peace.

What you fail to realize is the fact that by the time this even does CLOSE to enough physical damage to ANY part of your pc, it's time to upgrade and get a new one. There is no way in hell it does enough damage to hurt something within a couple of years. By that time, your are running a piece of shit computer that needs to be fixed anyway. Your other components would fail before the wear and tear of your harddrive.

True, unless you're turning your computer off four or five times daily, it won't make a gigantic impact, however you neglict the fact that many HD manufacturing companies suck anymore (don't know why, but even name-brand hard drives have quite a few problems). It's not unusual to get a HD with a lifespan measured in months anymore, and excessive shutdowns and startups (again, more than a two or three times a day)are going to shorten that down. Throw in a hard-drive intensive app (which PS evidently is as Smoke recommends defragging your PS drive often, which is just good sense on any drive that's utilized heavily) and yes, it can be a problem. Not saying it WILL, but it increases the likelihood. You don't have to change your oil every 3,000 miles (which reminds me...need to do that) but doing so will reduce the problems you have with your car.

Add in that not everyone is independently wealthy enough to upgrade their computer at a drop of a hat and you end up with the situation where it's easier to prolong that drive's life than to *hope* you have enough money to upgrade the PC.

I work in IT, and there's a direct relationship between machines brought in for hard drive failures and places where they turn them off repeatedly (like, six times a day) instead of leaving them on during the week. On a one machine basis, not that observable, because it's a very small sample size. On a 1400 computer scale, the relationship is much more observable. Is it the only cause of HD failure? No, but it's a simple thing to do.

That is an answer, I said "If you notice something amiss, you SHOULD have taken action about it" therefore implying that after considering the information, I would have /bugged it or /appealed it, hence why I suggested that course of action to you. Of course, given your previous performance with basic cognitive functions, I guess I shouldn't be surprised at having to explain inference as well.

Stop trying to weasel out of things by being literal and use the mind that you were born with. If you can figure out how to get to these boards and type a post, you have the mental ability to comprehend everything here that has been said. Attitudes like the one you exhibit currently is exactly why you were suspended.

"It's not my fault that I can't think!" never has been and never will be an excuse.

Even if you didn't know, anyone with half a brain would realize that people should not just be floating around. If I had been entering the first time, and I, in a short span of retardness, decide that it's normal for a place to be competely flat without any walls or anything, had seen several enemies floating around, I would have immediately /bug'ed or /appeal'ed, and then recalled.

Raige, you got caught exploiting. Quick whining, accept your punishment and be proud that you are proof to the rest of us that CSRs actually exist on the servers.

WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO STOP BITCHING??? WHEN??? WHEN???

DAMN IT, have you nothing better to do?

I'm writing a paper right now, and occasionally checking the forums.. and i tell you what, everytime i refresh the page THIS FUCKING THREAD IS ON TOP!!!! WHAT THE BLUE FUCK IS GOING ON IN HERE?? CAN'T YOU PEOPLE SETTLE THIS UNBELIEVABLY MORONIC TOPIC!!

Raige, KRINS's answer to this situation is the ONLY ANSWER YOU NEED.

and to be honest, i'll throw in my 2 cents, FLAME ME IF YOU WANT, because it'll only show how unintelligible you are: LISTEN up, and listen good. You now have about four days left to stew over your supsension. SUCK IT UP. it HAPPENS. okay? I knoooow it sucks, I knooooow you're pissed, but why cry over fucking SPILLED MILK? it happened, you can't reverse it now, so just give it up. The CSR's are no longer listening and I wouldn't either since all you've done is make invalid and unstructured points as to why you are right. PLUS, it's quite clear that you were exploiting. NOW NOW NOW NOW NOW, BEFORE you JUMP to your keyboard and start angrily tapping away beligerent and idiotic insults and invalid, useless arguments, how about opening your desk drawer and removing ANOTHER game, perhaps a single player, and play THAT for four days until you can play PS again. Don't spend the next four days until you can get back into PS whining on the forums. This is so ridiculous. I said i wasn't going to post again, but this thread has gotten so repetative. PLEASE, raige, STOP for the love of all that is good and right in the world. I am amazed that this thread has gone on for what? two, three pages? FIVE?? FIVE FUCKING PAGES?? JUMPING JESUS FUCKING CHRIST!!! i'm sorry.. but this is dumb.

What's worse, is that people make acceptable and valid arguments for why you should stop whining and own up to the fact that you screwed up, and yet you still persist. If you fucked up, that's fine, it sucks you got suspended for a week, but deal with it. If it happened to me i'd be pissed too, but i wouldn't come to the forums and bitch about it. Now, if it happened to me and i KNEW i'd done something wrong, that's when you definitely don't go to the forums and bitch, because you're gonna get, dare i say it, "OWNED." *ahem* Listen, raige, it's time to stop. There are a myriad of other threads to post in on this site. As far as i'm concerned, i've forgiven you for whatever wrong doing you've ever committed. AND, if you still won't admit that you've done something wrong, well then, great. wonderful. But all i'm saying is that if you fucked up, you got punished and rightfully so. If it was an honest accident, well, this'll teach you to be more careful. Sometimes CSR's can be harsh, but they never know who exactly they're dealing with. Like the guy who's been TKed a hundred times in a day, if someone accidently shoots him in a zerg rush who's on his team he'll fucking HA his ass into the ground. Whether it was an accident or not, too many times and it's time for ZERO tolerance. It may seem harsh, but i think it's understandalbe.

Now, i know 90% of the comments i've made will be argued against with very thin and irrational statements, profanity, and forum speak.. also, i know duff or you, raige, are going to flame my ass off because i didn't tell you guys EXACTLY what you wanted to hear. so, flame on, i say...flame on.
