There will be an Achievement system...kills, weapons use etc.
Kills streaks in are but they don't do much, you basically get some experience for it.

Mobile device access is currently view only, but the plan for the future is to be able to cert into launching drone strikes etc from "outside" the game through the app.
Possible support for TrackIR in PS2, they are currently looking into it.
No current plans for a boxed Collectors Edition of PS2, but they are working on an art book.

There are several different types of cloaks available to Infiltrators. Some allow you to carry more but not be as visible and vice versa.
