i would say this is the biggest point :
". AMSes aren’t going back in, but Galaxies are going to be mobile spawn points." i remember him saying a while ago that ams's were in the game. imho this could be a brilliant idea or a disaster and i think the ttk decrease is a good thing , i would make the gunplay more strategic then it is now since you cant just sprint around corners. making the gunplay less "gung-ho" then it is now. but i geuss we will have to wait and see |

i didnt reference cod did i?
the ttk in cod isnt "strategic" because the maps arent designed for it and the game isnt designed to be played that way think of it like this: if you die faster you are gonna think twice about running for that piece of cover thats 20m away when the bullets are flying (pretty much like in real life right? and there the ttk is pretty much 1 bullet ) which is what you do when you play battlefield , now the ttk for ps2 will be slower then bfbc so you will have some more freedom but not so much that you would think it a good idea to just run out of the front door of a besieged tower wielding a chaingun spraying like a maniac basicly a lower ttk = more combat strategy realism its all about finding the balance i'm actually more worried about the lack of an ams Last edited by megamold; 2011-09-09 at 03:10 PM. |
