I turned of the AI options in the BIOS of my ASUS motherboard by setting them to standard. And also disabled the CPU Spread in the BIOS. Changing that helped me with the hit detection issue. I have no Software-Overclocking installed, never had.
I want to add here; Don't change stuff in your BIOS if you dont know what you are doing. |

Anything Spread Spectrum in your BIOS/UEFI should be disabled. It can mess with and vary clock speeds to help protect signaling on the Motherboard. Only time Spread Spectrum should be Enabled is if the PC 'lives' in a high EMI traffic area or there are unshielded High Voltage Transmission lines right above your house. Also using a PC near your house Main breaker box is a bad idea without Spread Spectrum turned on. Last edited by SternLX; 2013-03-12 at 10:11 PM. |
