Whoa. Watch one series through. An actual anime. Eva, Bebop, Hina, Outlaw Star, take your pick, but an actual anime (Not run through the American take-out-entire-plot-crucial-episode-because-of-seven-seconds censorship cleaners). maybe because in anime
a. they can do things than real people cant
b. you can make the characters look a lot cooler

Well quite frankly, because I live in a world with over 6 billion people, and watching them is pretty damn boring.

You can't compare real comedy to anime comedy because anime isn't restricted to the laws of physics. You have to aquire a sense of humor for anime though, I'll admit that.

But I am quite satisfied when watching anime and laughing my ass off at a part where any non-anime fan would just stare stupidly.

Maybe us anime fans just dare to be different from boring old reality.
