games nowadays are much harder and you need to be smart to get through them, like in kotor they gave u logarithms to solve, i found that pretty easy, but in far cry you really need to think absractly and thats not how i think, im too linear

Let's see. There are a total of 8 different ways to get to the first set of stairs that lead up to the ruins.
Like I said before, the engine is great, the game concept is great, it's just the execution that sucks. I really don't think I should be able to distract an enemy with a rock when he's looking right at me and shooting, not to mention the hard difficulty isn't any harder than easy. |

The graphics themselves aren't amazing, it's the concept and the engine that are. There are 8 different ways to get to the first set of stairs that you have to go up to beat the mission. You can go around and not shoot anyone except for those on the stairs, you can kill everyone, you can kill a few, it's amazing. You can also throw the bodies around like a bag of feathers. Oh, and the eyes are interesting, open when alive, closed when dead.
