bah, all of you act all high n mighty. but i bet half of you would shut up if it was jessica simpsons boobs... nothing i hate more than perverts who lie.

but yes i do agree MTV has no class. of course neither does Girls gone wild but look how much money they make!!!!!!! tells you something about american people who will buy millions of dollars worth of porn tapes but get offened when a janet jackson boob shows up for 2 seconds..... i mean all it wanted was to streach and get some fresh air. can you even imagine how tight and stuffy it was in that costume?

How is it that porn is the same as indecent exposure on prime time public television? You wouldnt let your kids or family see your porn so why is it not ok to be offended when your family is flashed by a 60 year old skank durning the Superbowl halftime show as some publicity stunt planned out by MTV?

No I wasnt with my family at the time but I am speaking...forgot the word.

edit: yea ok, so maybe I im being "all high and mighty" just for the sake of a good argument.

The thing is, is can you imagine HOW MANY fucking 3-9 year old kids were watching that? It wasn't even ARTISTIC nudity, it was straight up skankage.

bah dont hide nudity under some artistic heading thats bullfucking shit. a nude child is a fucking nude child, not art. but thats not the point. maybe it was skankage but its no different than any other commercial you might see on tv. you really didnt see anymore than you would elsewhere. unless you wer watching it on some 50" tv and paused it...

I really really hope that's supposed to be sarcasm. Do you have any idea how quickly they cut away? I sincerely doubt all that many 3-9 year olds even saw it let alone realized what it was in the split second before they cut. Let me say it again because I think a lot of people don't seem to realize it: Jackson's tit was NOT boradcast on CBS for longer than about a half a second (and that's probably an overestimation).

It wasn't 15 minutes of Timberlake giving it to Janet from behind while she gave Kid Rock a BJ. It was a split second and then someone in a booth/van somewhere said "Oh SHIT!" and they cut away.

From what I've seen I can believe was an accident, at least partially so. Not that Timberlake ripped off the...what the hell would you even call that? A panel? Anyways, not that he ripped it off, but that the red lace bra she was wearing underneath also ripped away. Considering how little it takes to rip a lace bra that's actually a very believable account in my opinion. The intent was probably just to rip the panel off revealing the lace bra which while still a little "racey" is nothing compared to them dry humping for five minutes or a tit flopping out. According to Jackson it was a stunt added after the last rehearsal so I think it's really rather believable that something went wrong.

We've seen no evidence to suggest either of them are lying, of course that won't stop people from assuming they are. Everyone is basing it soley on one thing: Skepticism. Skepticism and cynicalness are both useful things....until they get out of hand. Once again there is no evidence her bra getting ripped off was intentional. But then believe what you will /shrug

You do have to admit that getting upset about things is one of the great American pastimes though. Most of the people who bitch about it didn't even see it and yet still feel the need to chime in about how disgusting they found it. Of course the fact they didn't see it, and thus should probably keep their misinformed opinons to themselves, doesn't matter.
