Currently I'm the Team Lead, Training Administrator, and SME for the City of Chicago's tier 1 technical support team.

We support over 44,000 municipal government employees through 42 different departments including Police, Fire, Health, Aviation, Law, Alderman, etc.

HOWEVER, I just accepted an offer today for a Network Operations Technician position that will put me into a new tax bracket. While being in charge of things is fun, I'm going to where the money is!

I'm a service engineer repairing and maintaining coin operated amusement machines ie slot machines , video games , pool tables, Juke boxes, pin tables . You name it , anything you find in a pub /club/arcade where they sell beer at the same time. I also intall huge tv's , satellite systems , projectors ,screens, surveillance equipment and security systems .

I have been a train station supervisor for the past year and a half or so, finishing the job next week because they're not being flexible with my university studies. I also transferred police forces as a volunteer constable back in August and have been training since then. Looking to start in December, should be a nice challenge!
