I sent in a ticket to customer support two days ago, and I received no such e-mail. They did however send me this bit of info in my ticket response:

I checked with our in game team and the issue with your missing rewards should be fixed the middle of next week. If you still do not have it please let us know right away. Keep in mind this is only for players who paid for a membership.

WTF Does this mean? only for players who paid for a planetside membership?! Yeah i paid for planetside 1, why else would I be submitting this ticket??? I'm assuming that's what this means

I'm not seeing a PS1 vet Logo in my inventory. I am playing under my same account I did in PS1 and got my early invite to beta because of my vet status, but I'm not seeing the perks for it on my character.

i finally got mt title and decal,but the decal should say panetside veteran on it

My vet reward was available in game also. Very glad this got fixed Saw a lot of other people also sporting veteran titles.

I didnt have the vet insignia at release nor did I get the email. but then a couple of days later I had i tas an option.
I had not contacted support or anything.
