You should make it so the NC logo looks stuck over the top, like at an angle or something

IMHO - that is awesome Mook. I like all of the work that's been put in here, but I like yours because it's got a different style to it, and it looks great of course! It seems like the suggestion of the Crimson Lance posters sparked a lot of people's creativity, but most of what's been coming out since then is kind of similar, even between the different factions. Just my opinion, I love all the stuff in this thread!

EDIT: Ya, I'm glad you resurfaced in this thread Basti

That VS logo is a good start, and for your first try using Maya, impressive!

WHen i say i do something, then i do it. Just takes time getting used to maya first. WOuld have been long done with blender, but thats not the goal.

Very interesting, but cool.

I am planning to work on some NC stuff thats going to look vintage. Going to use the PS1 NC model for it to help with the vintage style. Propaganda here we come.

I do have a question for people: I know that Synapses used Photoshop, and basti used Maya. What about the other people? What programs were used? Was it mainly Photoshop, or was there some Illustrator involved? Something else?

Had the NC one done. Yes, done, fully done, and it looked AWESOME! But then Maya crashed because of some buggy tool, and it doesnt autosave unless you tell it to do so. Mean, ALL is gone. RANT RANT RANT!

Gonna redo it now, even better than before. Still. GODDAMNIT! RANT RANT RANT RANT!

=( Bummer. Dont burn yourself out, wont hurt to take your time... and turn on the auto save tool or remind yourself to save every now and then.
