I love when people say "OMG Cheater!" It brings back fond memories of the days when I worked as a CSR in an MMO and had to deal with people telling me a guy was cheating or breaking the rules or griefing them and this was against the ToS, the EULA, the Magna Carta, and the Prime Directive. Nine times out of ten, they were wrong. They just sucked, or their internet sucked, or their computer sucked, or everything sucked.
My last day as a CSR a guy complained that some dude was hacking and cheating. I checked all my available resources and watched the guy for a while, then took the unprecedented step of getting back to the complaintant, who had continued appealing the guy (thereby padding my daily-resolution). I told him I had watched the guy for half an hour and had the player ever considered the fact that he got outskilled?
Guy comes back about a minute later with, "Well, I do suck at this game..."
