hmm when i clicked on chat it said : One-click sign in if you've already connected your Facebook account, or quickly sign up for Twitch with Facebook.

nothing else. so i thought i had to make a facebook account to be able to chat.
don´t have a twitch account as well. but i remember using the chat at some agn. don´t know how i was able to use it without facebook or twitch (or any other accounts than my psu account)
