New Buddy Keys!

I (like some others) are returing to PS and want to 'test' it before subscribing. If changes are worth it I for one will be back.

I wished I would have been given a buddy key when I bought the game about a year ago. I was gonna let my best friend play with me and much to my surprise when I look through my cds and on the back of the card that was supposed to have the key on the back....nothing was printed on it so I was cheated my buddy key. Thankfully you guys still get one and I look forward to getting one so I can have my buddy play.

Where do I go to get a key? I went to the Buddy Key Exchange page and the only option is to donate keys.

The request a key portion of the page is automatically disabled if you have previously donated a key since it is evident that you don't need a key if you have keys to give out.

Hi Hamma, looking forward to joining the game and can't wait to post a couple of thread so that I can obtain my key. Was hoping to play this evening but for obvious reason I have to wait 24 hours. Does anyone else have one I can use straight away?

I really want to play this again. Please tell me you still have keys. Also, how do you get a key from that german site? Just email [email protected] with the title "Planetside"? I dont speak german. :o Thanks

2nd post.... can't wait to receive my key. My father in-law plays and says the game is fantastic... it's fun to watch him jump about in his chair, although he dies alot, lol. Are there any other rules befor you send me the key or do I collect it from somewhere?

Hey all.
From what I've seen/read so far this game looks good. Can't wait to give it a go. The few FPS games I've played have been ok for a bit of diversion but the small maps & timed-arena-type gameplay just don't interest me - I like the concept of persistent world with battles raging all over (I'm an MMORPG guy at heart).

Waiting patiently for that key...

Its been a long time since i played planetside and even then it wasn't really mine to play, my mate ranted and raved about this game for a long while.

so i finally looked into it. Unfortunately i got interested in about 2006-2007 and they had put the price up , as a student money isnt the most freely available thing, especially when you have about a hundred things to buy going off to uni.

the reserves idea was good however it was limited by the tight amount of points you had, and it wasn't really that fair when you were owned in the face by a jackhammer wielding bfr junkie who flys off and bombs you....

and all you have is an atv

so it would be nice to see how this game has developed over these few years, all in all what have they added to it since say summer 06?
