Well, support got back to me and said "my" account had no evidence of ever playing PlanetSide. I put "my" in quotations, because he quoted an account name back at me that was DEFINITELY not mine, and judging by the screen was definitely not one I was signed into.

wow you guys seem to get the talkative helpfull support guys.
i got oliver and the only things basically said to me were : -hello -whats you problem? - here is 3 days i escalated this to tier 2 -bye my main concern right now is also not being flagged as a veteran for ps2 beta.

Bit weird, because when there have been previous reactivations they haven't had any problems. |
