He forgot to account for time differentials according to differences in temporal velocity. Also, Smed lives his life in a drug-induced haze. He thinks its 2017 and we're living under robot overlords.

There have been numerous communications which go against what you are telling me, to list them all would be futile. However the one that springs to mind the most is, beta starts when the hair cut happens, then there were the dates set for when the tech test invites went out, which where were a few weeks ago. - Building up from there.

I am speaking of a person I have just a few minutes ago had a chat to in Closed Beta, I don't know where your information comes from, all I can give you is what I have, if he was wrong, he was wrong.

Again it comes down to hype vs substance, I think at 30+ I would be over PR+TV+Media, seems not

, my own lesson to learn!

Congrats to your friend who got in the Tech Test, which started last week. I'm definitely irritated Higby cut his haircut to start Tech Test invites, and not Beta Test invites.
There's been a lot of bad communication for sure. I share your frustration.

That's great news, I was thinking it would be late next week. I won't be disappointed if it will the end of next week that's the nature of development, but to have it narrowed down to 2 days is great, especially when it's only a week away.

Theyre not in the beta. Theyre in the external technical test.

The tech test is to make sure the game works on as many system configurations as possible, and they invited random people who had signed up for the beta.

The beta will start once the technical test is over. That may be next week, but if they run into problems or decide they need more time to test more graphics cards and processors and stuff, then beta will eb delayed.

Nobody is in beta right now.
