I was thinking-a-to-meself, and I came up with the brilliant idea of an emo *** being chased through the rain by something. But I didn't know what it should be. It came to my attention that if you're going to be chased by something, it had better be an attack helicopter. However, I needed a reason why these guys would be after him...and I thought, and I thought...and "Oh my god, he has the flag!"

It sort of just took off from there.
