If you have no qualms what-so-ever with signing over your rights to allow Google to search all of your email whenever they want and then selectively pulling things from that email to advertise.

Pffft.

Next thing you know people will sign up for phone service where some creepy guy listens in on your conversations and interupts you with ads based on what your talking about "Don't forget to bring a Trojan condom!"
